This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform healthcare data into actionable insights. The Data Analyst will work with complex datasets, supporting initiatives in quality improvement, risk adjustment, and member management programs. By collaborating with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment, this position enables the design and execution of analyses that inform strategic decisions and optimize operational performance. The role requires a mix of technical expertise, critical thinking, and effective communication with stakeholders across various levels, including senior leadership. Candidates will work independently to uncover insights, solve problems, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of data-driven processes. This position offers a remote work environment, providing flexibility while delivering impactful analytics in healthcare.

Accountabilities

• Conduct end-to-end data analysis on structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and data engineers to design and execute analytics projects in an Agile environment.
• Generate, visualize, and present internal data reports to business stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Support data processing, data wrangling, and statistical analysis to drive operational and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and optimize data models and automate reporting processes where applicable.
• Independently identify problems, architect solutions, and carry out analysis with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in analytics or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for querying, calculations, and visualization.
• Experience with statistical analysis, data wrangling, and generating actionable insights from large datasets.
• Ability to communicate analytical results clearly to stakeholders at all technical levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and ETL processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python, cloud environments (AWS preferred), and healthcare data is desirable.
• Knowledge of quality improvement or risk adjustment processes in healthcare is advantageous.
