Job Description

SynergenX Health is seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team of Call Center Representatives. The successful candidates will be a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. CSR will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails, obtain inquiry information and book patients in Medical EHR System and handling customer questions and complaints. CSR must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, CSR should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Our CSR are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. As an On-Site Customer Care Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. Location & Schedule
Our office is conveniently located in Northwest Houston Near Vintage Park

Weekly Schedule: Full time 11pm-7am Monday to Friday (Training 2 weeks 8am-5pm)

 

Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls and messages in a timely manner throughout shift, Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction, Providing real-time scheduling support by booking patient appointments, Log all inquiries and manage Call Inquiry Log/CRM platform, Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally; route to appropriate department, Identify customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs, Assist as needed for other assigned administrative duties

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of experience with high volume calls in a call center setting.
  • Must be able to pass a routine criminal background check.
  • Must have prior CRM or EHR software experience, at least one year.
  • Call Center experience required, at least one year.
  • Excellent Customer Service with Great Attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to Multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines & Ability to use good judgment and work with minimal supervision.
