Job Description

We're Hiring: Contract Manager!

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Manager to  oversees all contractual processes supporting evaluation projects for federal healthcare programs. This role requires in-depth knowledge of federal regulations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex contract deliverables.

Role: Contract Manager
Work Location: Hybrid;  This position is primarily remote; however, occasional on-site presence may be required at federal agency offices located in Washington, DC, for meetings, audits, or other contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contract representative, managing contractual obligations and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Contracting Officer (CO) and other federal representatives to coordinate contract modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee invoicing processes, cost management, and financial controls.
  • Ensure all contractor activities comply with data security and privacy standards, including  HIPAA  and  FISMA , for handling sensitive information.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and quality control reports.
  • Designate an alternate Contract Manager to ensure continuity during absences and ensure availability between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM , local time zone, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
  • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Trade-off:  Master’s Degree with at least 4 years  of relevant experience.
  • Experience:  Minimum of 10 years  managing contracts for federal healthcare programs.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in cost control, invoicing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage deliverables and interactions with government stakeholders.
