This role is part of the Technical Content team and will be remote in the United States. **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Provide various levels of edit for knowledge base articles, scripts, learning modules, training guides, and more as needed. + Create and revise instructional content in various media that introduces concepts, drills learners on tasks, and fosters independent execution of learned tasks. + Write scripts and storyboards for content such as video demonstrations, audio voice-overs, and software demonstrations. + Synthesize information from other media, interviews, and engineering documents to produce the content for said instructional and reference media. + Work with colleagues to coordinate work in a complementary and distributed manner. **The essential requirements of the job include:** + Fluent in written English, possessing excellent grammar, and able to adjust style to diverse audiences of various reading levels. + 3+ years of experience working with structured text content or equivalent time writing in HTML, XML Markdown, or similar. Experience working with content in a structured authoring environment such as Madcap Flare, Adobe Framemaker, Robohelp, or another Help Authoring Tool + 3+ years of experience synthesizing technical documentation into digestible content for end user learning content. + Proficiency with photo editing at an intermediate or better level in applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Snagit. + Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Technical Communication, English Literature, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or similar) Videojet is proud to be part of the Product Quality & Innovation segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
