We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Community Outreach Assistant to join our growing marketing and events team. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates interested in gaining real-world experience in community engagement, event marketing, and brand promotions .

Key Responsibilities:

As a Community Outreach Assistant , you’ll play a key role in connecting brands with communities by supporting outreach initiatives and participating in live promotional events :

• Assist in planning and executing community-based marketing events and outreach programs
• Represent client brands with professionalism at public-facing events and promotional activities
• Build rapport with community members and provide information on current campaigns or services
• Support event logistics including setup, coordination, and audience engagement
• Monitor campaign performance, collect feedback, and provide insights for future improvements
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to align messaging and goals
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, event reporting , and performance tracking

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
• Positive, team-focused attitude and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable in fast-paced, public-facing environments
• Experience in event coordination, customer service, outreach, or marketing is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
