A Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry is preferred, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a research or industrial setting. Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute organic synthesis projects, optimizing processes and methodologies for the development of novel compounds.
- Design experiments using experimental design software, such as Design Expert, to systematically explore chemical reactions and process optimizations.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses using advanced analytical techniques.
- Develop and formulate chemical products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance research objectives and product development.
- Maintain detailed records of experiments, analyses, and outcomes for internal review and external publication.
- Stay abreast of scientific literature and advancements in organic chemistry, biochemistry, and related fields.

Requirements:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, with a focus on organic synthesis; candidates with a Bachelor's degree and exceptional experience may also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organic chemistry research or product development.
- Proficiency in experimental design software and formulation chemistry.
- Familiarity with DNA, RNA, enzyme, antibody, and antigen chemistry is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with chromatography, spectrometry, and other analytical techniques.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be a US citizen and able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Experience working in a wet lab environment is essential.
