Cafe Supervisor - Lead Our Team at Bagels by Kneady and Eruta, located inside Rock & Reillys USC

We’re looking for a **Cafe Supervisor** to lead and support our team at Bagels by Kneady and Eruta Coffee. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the workflow of the café, ensuring the highest quality of our handmade bagels and coffee, and keeping everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:- **Supervisory experience** in both baking and coffee shops.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate staff, ensuring the best customer experience.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple aspects of café operations, including managing staff, inventory, and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- An eye for detail, ensuring both the quality and speed of service meet our high standards.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for making every customer’s experience special.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervising both the barista and baking teams to ensure consistent quality in our handmade bagels and coffee.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and presentation in all products served.
- Managing inventory levels and stock replenishment, ensuring necessary supplies are on hand.
- Training and developing staff to ensure they perform at their best and maintain a positive, professional work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Engaging with customers to address any concerns, feedback, or special requests.
- Monitoring the café environment and atmosphere to ensure it aligns with our brand values and customer expectations.
