**Job Title: Cabinet Installer** **Job Description** We are offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, assisted living, and hospitality developments. Modular homes involve the manufacturing of entire buildings in a controlled production environment, which are then transported to construction sites for assembly. We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer with expertise in commercial multi-family builds or residential new construction to join our team in Albertville. The ideal candidate will confidently complete cabinet installations from start to finish. **Responsibilities** + Install cabinets according to written or verbal instructions. + Measure room or installation area. + Cut or build cabinets to fit in each space. + Follow blueprints to ensure quality of installation. + Clean up the job site after installation. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of skilled carpentry work on commercial and residential new builds. + Proficiency in construction, carpentry, and finish carpentry. + Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of electrical applications. + Experience with tape measures, cabinet building, cabinet assembly, and finishing. + Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work in collaboration, lead, and be a team player. + Strong interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships. **Why Work Here?** Join a start-up opportunity in a brand new 180,000 square foot facility, offering a 4-day work schedule, paid time off, holidays, 401k with match, and opportunities for growth and mentorship. Work in a state-of-the-art 180,000 square foot facility equipped with AC and heat, using brand new machinery. The focus is on multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality development sectors. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albertville, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
