Required Education: Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Key Attributes of Success: Advanced analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities. Experience in Highly Regulated Industries Application: Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in pharmaceutical, aerospace, or medical device sectors. Years of Experience Required: 2+ years. Key Attributes of Success: Attention to detail, understanding of regulatory requirements, and ability to navigate complex industry standards. Continuous Improvement Methodology Application: Implements Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Total Quality Management Systems (TQMS) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Years of Experience Required: 1+ years. Key Attributes of Success: Problem-solving skills, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to lead process optimization initiatives. Certifications ISM Certification (CPSM, APSM) Application: Validates expertise in supply management and procurement. Required Certification: CPSM or APSM. Key Attributes of Success: Professional credibility, advanced procurement skills, and adherence to best practices. APICS/ASCM Certification (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) Application: Demonstrates proficiency in supply chain management, logistics, and operations. Required Certification: CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD. Key Attributes of Success: Comprehensive understanding of supply chain principles, ability to optimize logistics, and effective inventory management. Supply Chain Fundamentals Application: Applies knowledge of materials management, warehouse operations, transportation/logistics, and enterprise economics to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Desired/Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with supply chain fundamentals. Key Attributes of Success: Strong organizational skills, ability to Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
