Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Bartenders/Servers to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires experience in dining settings, as well as proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, responding to customer's needs, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities  

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/food prep area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Operate POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.

Skills  

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in dining, bar environments, or food services preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in the food industry is advantageous.
