We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Banquet Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch service to guests during various events, including weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions. The Banquet Server will ensure that all aspects of the dining experience are executed seamlessly, from setting up the dining area to serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set up and break down banquet facilities as directed, ensuring all necessary equipment, tableware, and décor are ready for events.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout the event, attending to their needs promptly and courteously.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional manner, adhering to the established service standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure timely and accurate service during events.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any requests or concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining tables, and kitchen spaces.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the captain or event manager.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
