Responsibilities:

• Hold yourself accountable for your responsibilities on your shift
• Be available to work night, weekend, and holiday hours
• Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
• Deliver operational excellence to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow brand standards and systems to deliver quality food and beverages
• Maintain a clean and neat workstation
• Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
• Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
• Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies

Qualifications:

• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• Guest-focused with the ability to anticipate and understand guests' needs
• Passionate about achieving results and exceeding targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
