Boutique aviation law firm in Overland Park, Kansas seeks a detail oriented and highly organized attorney with good communication, analytical and negotiation skills for often fast paced work. Contract experience preferred. Federal tax training/background/interest a plus. Should be licensed to practice in Kansas and Missouri or willing to become licensed in Kansas and Missouri within a year. The position includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and other related documents, regulatory and tax research, and drafting, reviewing and organizing closing documents.
