JOB DETAILS
Base Pay starts at $17.50 per hour ( Plus $1.00 shift differential)
Shift - 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm-2:00 am Monday-Thursday (4-10s Schedule, Overtime based on business need)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assembler 1 is an entry-level position responsible for performing basic assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment. This role requires minimal experience and involves repetitive tasks that do not demand a high degree of complexity. Ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing.
Read a tape measure accurately to 1/16”.
Perform tasks such as masking, sanding, gassing, wrapping, and packing.
Operate hardware balancers and work with cardboard materials.
Install locks and keepers as required.
Assemble sash units and work at the silicone table.
Feed glass, install grids, perform gas fill, and package finished glass products.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
