We're looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at River Pointe Apartments in Mishawaka, IN. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay up to $22.00/hr. to start

What We Need from you:

• Basic electrical knowledge
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Basic drywall/painting knowledge
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Basic understanding of hand tools
• 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation ($200 bonus)
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
