Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Taunton, Massachusetts. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to administrative and billing operations while supporting data organization and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in managing files, creating reports, and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of their work. Responsibilities: - Scan and organize physical and digital files to maintain accurate records. - Prepare and format reports using Microsoft Excel to support billing operations. - Perform data entry tasks with precision to ensure accurate information management. - Assist in filing and organizing documents to streamline administrative processes. - Support billing-related activities by completing assigned tasks efficiently. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. - Monitor and verify documentation to uphold organizational standards. - Manage daily administrative duties to maintain smooth office operations. - Identify and resolve discrepancies in data or documentation. - Provide general administrative support as needed across various projects. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing reports. - Strong attention to detail and ability to organize files effectively. - Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy. - Familiarity with filing systems and document organization. - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members. - Knowledge of billing processes or related administrative tasks is preferred.
