Job Description

Oaks Health Associates PC   is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to serve America's veterans and active-duty service members. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being of those who have given so much for our country. The selected APP (Advanced Practice Provider) will perform disability and pension exams for veterans and active-duty members leaving service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct disability and pension exams for veterans and active-duty service members.
  
• Collaborate with our team to ensure thorough and accurate assessments of each patient's condition.
  
• Provide written evaluations of examination results and medical history.
  
• Maintain excellent documentation practices in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  
• Work independently in a patient-centric, supportive environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
  
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality care.
  
• New graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in primary care, urgent care, or related fields is a plus.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to providing exceptional care for veterans.
